SendResume applies to jobs for you.

You give us your resume and a few facts about what you want. We write a resume and cover letter for each job, fill in the employer's form ourselves, and submit it. You keep doing whatever else you were doing.

Why people use it

  • You do other things. We find jobs that match, write the documents, and submit them. You do not have to sit and fill out forms.
  • Rejections stay out of your way. By default we hold rejection emails back so they do not pile up in front of you. Every one is still on your dashboard if you want to see it, and one switch turns this off.
  • You reach more companies. We apply to employers you may not have known were hiring, not only the ones you searched for.
  • You see everything we did. Every application, every question the employer asked, and the exact answer we gave. The resume and the cover letter we sent are both on the page.
  • You stay in control. Pause with one click, any time. Quit with one click, and quitting really stops it, right away.

What we never do

  • Never apply to your current employer, or to anyone you tell us not to.
  • Never give out your Social Security Number. We never even ask for it.
  • Never answer a race, ethnicity, gender, veteran or disability question except in the exact words you gave us. The default answer is "do not wish to disclose".
  • Never apply to a federal government job.
  • Never create an account with a hiring platform on your behalf without keeping a copy of exactly what you were asked to agree to.
  • Never promise you an interview, an offer, or a job. We tell you what we sent. We do not predict what comes back.

How it works

  1. You sign up with an invite code and upload your resume.
  2. You tell us your current employer and anyone we must never apply to.
  3. We make you a secure email address that employers write to. We forward you only interview invites and things that need your attention. We take care of everything else. When you go to schedule an interview, you can use that address or switch to your own.
  4. You read and sign the agreement.
  5. We start applying. Every application shows up on your dashboard, with the exact resume, cover letter, and answers we sent.

A real employer contacts you by email, in reply to the application you sent. An unsolicited text message is a sign of a scam.
